The hotel is located right in the heart of downtown Maringa, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made me feel welcome. However, I did find the rooms a bit tired, which led me to request a change at one point. The dining experience was quite enjoyable, especially with the great views from the 25th floor, but it would have been nice if the room facilities were a bit more modern and spacious.
